Sculptural Fiam Glass Armchair Italy 1970s

Solid glass chair made by Fiam, Italy in the 1970s. The chair is designed in the manner of the chair that Louis Dierra designed for the Glass Centre Pavillon at the 1939 World’s Fair in New York, that were manufactured by the Pittsburgh Plate Glass company. Unsure as to the designer / manufacturer of these particular chairs, but they are most likely mid 1970s Italian. Seating pad is in red leather
