Sandro Petti Monumental Octagonal Mirror for Maison Jansen 1970

A rare piece from the truly Hollywood Regency decade. This huge mirror was designed by the famous Italian architect Sandro Petti for Maison Jansen. A fantastic large format brass and chrome octagonal mirror made by Metallarte in Italy in the 1970s. It is an iconic symbol of the 1970s and with its bold size and the special choice of materials, which only create a total work of art through the graduated layers of chrome and brass, you can hang a little Hollywood glamour in your home. This mirror also hangs in Marc Jacobs’ house in New York.

Signed with the Sandro Petti Label on the side.
