Mario Bellini, a renowned architect and designer, has been one of the most influential people in Italian design since the 1960s. And the traditional design company Cassina stands for (Italian) design classics like no other. A symbiosis that had to be entered into back to the Cab armchair: It consists of a steel skeleton over which core leather is stretched like skin, thus ensuring good stability. The inspiration for this innovative approach was of course the human body and its skin. The leather is attached to the structure with a zipper. The seat is filled with polyurethane foam. Cab is available in many different colors. Excellent craftsmanship with maximum attention to detail: This is what defines the cab from Mario Bellini and Cassina.
