Gorgeous Hollywood Regency stainless steel and bronze bureau du plat or desk designed by John Vesey. Made in the taste of french neoclassical Louis XVI style. The desk is featuring gold plated bronze details and an elegant profile. It is fronted by three drawers with one original key. The top is covered with the original black leather embossed gilt borders. The table is supported by elegant fluted columns ending with square acanthus bronze feet. Each column is bronze mounted on top with bronze swag decorating the corners. Very good original condition.
