The small-sized “Swarmpicture” Liberté / rouge is made out of postmarked stamps of the 2,20 Francs series from 1981 with the portrait of Marianne.

It shows Marianne’s head from Eugène Delacroix’s masterpiece Liberty Leading The People, exemplifying Fabian Gaterman’s main topic: Power and the abuse of power as well as the role images play to demonstrate it.
