Gino Sarfatti Archimede Seguso Murano Glass Conical Pendant Lamp for Arteluce 1960s

This beautiful pair of mid-century modern pendant lamps was designed by the legendary lighting designer Gino Sarfatti and produced by Arteluce in Italy during the 1960s. The shades are crafted from exquisite, thick Murano glass hand-blown by the master glassmaker Archimede Seguso. They feature the iconic bullicante technique, which embeds beautifully controlled, even patterns of air bubbles inside the clear glass structure. Each lamp is supported by its original black-lacquered brass cylindrical fixture and matching ceiling canopy. The set remains in excellent vintage condition, showing only light, age-appropriate patina and wear on the metal components. The heavy Murano glass elements are completely intact, free of any cracks or chips. Both lights are fully functional, rewired for safety, and each accommodates a standard E14 screw-in bulb.

24 H x 10 D cm without cable, with cable around 100cm high.
