Two vintage chairs by Eero Saarinen in original graphic wool cover and wood legs from the 1960s.
Introduced in 1957, the Saarinen Executive Chair hurled chair design decades forward, making the chairs fluid, sculptural forms. The Saarinen Executive Chair was one of the first chairs to make the comfort of the user its first priority. To accomplish that goal, the Saarinen Executive Conference Chair became the first chair shell to be made from fiberglass, a material easy to bend and easy to contour to the human form.
